Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded while it is in transit.

Returns & Exchanges

Products may be returned within 30 days of the customer receiving the order. In the event of a discrepancy, the date the customer received the product will be determined by the tracking number associated with the order.

Customers must provide their order number to process a return/refund.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, videos, and details of the issue.

Once we verify the claim, we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If your order arrives incomplete or with the wrong item(s), please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will promptly resolve the issue by reshipping the correct item(s) at no additional cost.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders take 3-4 business days to be processed and sent out.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Orders typically take 7-10 business days to arrive starting from the day it leaves our warehouse. Each order is shipped with a tracking number. The customer is responsible for checking the tracking number. 

Customers must ensure the shipping address is correct before completing the order. Any corrections need to be emailed to us within 24 hours of placing the order.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or other shipping carriers once the order has left our warehouse.

Shipping Protection

Shipping protection is an optional service that provides added coverage in the event a shipment is lost in transit before it is marked as delivered by the carrier.

Once a package is confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the recipient. This includes situations involving incorrect addresses, address changes, mail forwarding, unattended delivery locations, or packages that may be lost or misplaced after delivery.

If shipping protection is selected at checkout and a package is confirmed lost prior to delivery, we will issue a one-time replacement shipment at no additional cost.

Shipping protection does not cover refunds for orders marked as delivered by the carrier.

We recommend ensuring a secure and accurate delivery address before placing your order.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
